This has significantly contributed to the growth of economic activities by enhancing transportation efficiency, particularly for freight trucks operating between the Port of Dar es Salaam and the neighbouring countries of Zambia and Malawi.

Welcome to the Roads Fund Board

Roads Fund Board was established by THE ROAD AND FUEL TOLLS ACT, CHAPTER 220. This Board is comprised of nine Members, four from the public sector and five from the private sector. They are Chairperson (outside Public Sector), Permanent Secretary - Ministry of Works, Permanent Secretary - Ministry of Finance and Planning, Permanent Secretary - President’s Office Regional Administration and Local Government, Director from Ministry of Works, representative from Transporters Association of Tanzania, representative from Tanzania National Parks, representative from Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Ind...
